 <title>Grilled Broccolini</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Broccolini is a great vegetable that is just starting to become available in Birmingham.  It is kind of a combination of asparagus and broccoli, and I think it has the best characteristics of both.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Most times I&#039;ve had it boiled or steamed, but I prefer grilling this green.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Zest the lemon and combine with broccolini, juice from lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.  Let sit for 10 or 15 minutes before grilling over high heat.&lt;/p&gt;
