Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 sweet onion sliced
- 1 habanero pepper
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 oz tequila
- 10-12 flour tortillas
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sweat the onion, bell pepper, and habanero over medium heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
Stir in taco seasonings and required water.
Warm tortillas wrapped in aluminum foil in the oven with a damp paper towel.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
These soft shell tacos with fajita veggies are HOT! Not for the weak of mouth. Substitute a jalepeno for the habanero for a less spicy verison.
