Servings:
A Bunch
Preparation Time:
0.25 hours
Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
Cooking Instructions
You can find the smoked jalapeƱos, or chipotles in the Asian food section of most groceries. I like to keep these on hand as they add a bold smoky flavor and some real heat.

Mince the peppers and combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Wisk together until brown sugar is dissolved.

Brush on beef, chicken, or pork while grilling.

Notes
What a glaze! Sweet, hot, smokey, tangy.
